The EmpowHer Cannabis Society (ECS) e.V. started as a grassroots movement, bringing together a diverse network of individuals, advocacy groups, and industry professionals committed to empowering women in the cannabis sector. Over time, this network has grown into a structured and influential organization that is now officially registered as an association based in Germany.
ECS serves as a hub for education, advocacy, and professional support, fostering connections between women, allies, businesses, and organizations across the global cannabis industry. Our Shecosystem — a collaborative platform — empowers members by providing access to mentorship, knowledge, and business opportunities.
As an association, ECS is committed to shaping policies, driving industry-wide change, and ensuring women have a seat at the table in key decision-making processes. Our goal is to amplify voices, create career pathways, and establish a truly inclusive cannabis industry.

Exclusive Access: This community is exclusively for women and female-identifying individuals. We reserve the right to maintain this exclusivity to ensure a safe and supportive space. All members must adhere to our Code of Conduct (ECS CoC) to promote a respectful and empowering environment. Please do not intrude our community if you don’t feel you belong there or if you would rather not adhere to the ECS CoC. We offer possibilities for everyone to connect and engage.

ASSOCIATION
The EmpowHer Cannabis Society e.V. (ECS) was officially founded on March 3, 2025, and we are currently awaiting registration in the Berlin Association Register. Once the registration is complete, we will be able to operate officially as a recognized association. ECS unites individuals, businesses, and organizations to empower women and one plant.
We offer different membership models, providing opportunities for professionals, allies, and businesses to actively support gender equity in cannabis.
